Ice is ostensibly the general manager of a corporation, but in secret, he is the true mastermind behind the city’s entire criminal syndicate.
He views Batman ( Lee ) as a thorn in his side and is determined to eliminate him at all costs.
To that end, Ice meticulously lays a trap and successfully lures Batman into an enclosed boxing gym.
The two soon engage in direct hand‑to‑hand combat, exchanging fierce blows and rapid strikes.
Unbeknownst to Batman, however, Ice has already consumed a specially formulated strength‑enhancing potion, which boosts his physical prowess and reflexes far beyond normal limits.
This confrontation is destined to become one of Batman’s most perilous and grueling ordeals……
