Zheng was an undercover investigator who had successfully infiltrated an underground organization.
He was exceptionally skilled in martial arts and wanted to go straight for the leader to claim a great victory.
But a towering black shadow stood in his way—Zong Heng.
The man was a head taller than Zheng, with broad shoulders and long arms, his sinewy muscles taut yet not bulky, like an unsheathed blade.
His eyes were as sharp as an eagle’s, silently looking down at Zheng as a suffocating pressure washed over him like a tide.
Zheng’s heart sank: to take down the boss, he had to get past this man first.
He took a deep breath, slowly clenched his fists, and curled his lips into a defiant smile.
“Then I’ll warm up with you first.” Before the words faded, their eyes clashed, and the air suddenly froze.
And so the fierce fight began…
